Her Story
A passionate human capital professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic human resources, talent development, talent aquisition, labor relations, employee performance, human resources innovation and employee and executive coaching. Loves to serve clients and employees alike and applies a ballanced approach to the business. By nature honest, communicative, respectful, and holds herself and others up to high standards of quality and integrity. Has the capacity to work and communicate openly with all levels within an organization. Studied in Aruba and the United States and lived in France.

Her Education
Holds a Masters Degree in Science from the School of Hospitality Management at Florida International University, where she graduated with honors. She also holds a certification from College of Executive Coaching as an Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach. She is a certified Development Dimensions International trainer and is a Maxwell Leadership certified member. Further to this she has followed several executive programs at insitutes such as Insead in the areas of Strategy and Change.

Where Has She Been
She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and in the financial industry for over 8 years. Has built up a career in the areas of human resources and organizational development with a keen interest and passion for the Customer Experience, Employee Experience - Company Culture and ultimately business success.
